At Guide Compass, we believe that real growth begins where comfort ends. Our educational adventures are designed to push students beyond the classroom—into nature, where self-discovery, leadership, and resilience take root. By embracing the outdoors as a dynamic learning environment, we help young people develop life skills that foster independence, teamwork, and a deeper connection to the natural world.
Custom Programs for Schools and Universities
We specialize in designing bespoke programs for educational institutions across the Gulf region and beyond. Over the past three school years, we’ve partnered with Bayan Bilingual School in Kuwait to deliver 5–6 enriching trips annually for their graduating middle school students. We’ve also collaborated with institutions such as the American International School in Riyadh and King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). In fact, our accredited two-week field session with KFUPM in 2018 was so impactful that it was repeated with over 70 students and faculty in 2019.
Now, we’re expanding our reach to bring these transformative experiences to schools and universities around the world.

The Unconventional Classroom: University Field Session
Our 2-week immersive field sessions for university students offer a rare opportunity to complement academic learning with real-world experiences. These programs are not only a break from the conventional education model—they are a life investment, cultivating emotional intelligence, resilience, and social bonds that last far beyond graduation.
Bespoke School Tours
We also offer flexible 2–5 night programs tailored for students aged 13 and above. In today’s screen-dominated world, stepping away from devices and into the wilderness can offer a refreshing perspective. These adventures instill lessons in adaptability, cooperation, and self-reliance—essential traits for future leaders.
